History

MSD Partners was founded by Marnik Demets early 2004 bringing a rather new concept of consultancy focused on measurable value creation an Educational Approach.The basic starting point for every mission was and is still that the manager and the organization must have measurably improved their capabilities to successfully handle their challenges.

In October 2004, Fabian Heuskin joined MSD Partners Group. This partnership allowed the development of accredited trainings and a sound Quality Management system, thus preparing the road for growth. Indeed, the new concept has become known on the Market and ‘believers’have come knocking on the door asking for assistance. To prove that the approach of MSD Partners is the most reliable way for solid and lasting improvements.

Over the years MSD Partners has developed a network of reliable freelance consultants who, under the control of the MSD Partners Quality System, deliver experience and expertise in training and consultancy missions. Our network of freelancers is also a rich competencies pool, enabling MSD Partners’ Clients access to the right expertise as required.

Since June 2004, MSD Partners has been hiring consultants to satisfy growing demand and guarantee stability for Clients’ long term projects. The strategic turn towards hiring employees was also motivated by the need to develop innovative management solutions, whilst remaining  based on proven Best Practices and sound managerial wisdom.

The success of MSD Partners resides in the subtle balance between innovative thinking with Best Practices, under a framework of pragmatical action and natural wisdom.
